Here's a simple picture editing app for BlackBerry Devices. Its called MiniPaint. It allows you to add text or clipart to your pics and even resize them. Apparently it has a few bugs to work out, but that is expected as it is still in the beta testing phase. It is free though, so take it or leave it.
It does work on the Storm in compatibility mode, but navigation is a bit of a hassle on all devices. This is the only app of its kind that I know of, but I expect there to be many competitors soon. It would be fun to have an app similar to the iPhone app that allows you to morph and mangle your pics.
